While studying at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I have learned over 100 different dietary theories, and I had a chance to explore a wide variety of eating styles that work best for every individual.

It has been so fascinating to discover how human beings are all so different from each other. We are, in fact, bio-individuals, with highly individualized nutritional requirements.

There are 12 primary foods in your life. We will stress the importance of focusing on relationships, spirituality, career, and physical activity, as they are the solid building blocks for achieving superior health.

These areas are very different from “secondary food”, which is basically the food you find in your plate. By focusing, understanding and balancing these most important primary foods , you will quickly discover that the food that you eat is secondary to feeling your very best.

You could, in fact, eat all the broccoli and kale in the world, but if you are not nourishing yourself on a holistic level, you will not feel vibrant.

Primary food fulfills our lives with joy and can satiate your hunger because when you are happy food really does come after.

Yes, of course the body needs physical food, but a robust fulfilling life is the real fuel for happiness and balance.

Nutritionists give you a lot of food to eat, and a list of foods to avoid. Therapists don’t address food in relation to mood. Many doctors too often don’t address the root cause of the symptoms, but instead prescribe a pill or other quick fix.

I will help you address the root cause and guide you in holistic healing process, addressing all areas of life.

For this main reason, there is no such thing of “one-size-fits all diet” and there is no one right diet that works for everyone all of the time.

During my 6month program we will find the approach that works best for you and we will do this by “learning how to listen to your body.”


What to expect from the 6 month program:

  • A Personal Health History where we will analyze your relationship with “primary food” and “secondary food”
  • Meet twice a month for 6 months
  • Determine achievable long term goals and a path to a sustainable healthy lifestyle that fits you best
  • Set a weekly goal at each session that you will achieve by the beginning of the following session
  • Deconstruct cravings by listening to the body’s messages
  • Email and text message support between sessions
  • Discover new healthy personalized recipes that will increase your energy level
  • Implement wellness strategies that enact real, lasting lifestyle changes


During the 6 month program, as your health coach I will:

  • Help you understand your body and identify your “imbalances”
  • Work with you to develop realistic, behavioral changes that can be sustainable throughout your life
  • Teach you how baby steps are important to reach your ultimate goals
  • Show you how to ditch bad habits and introduce new healthy ones
  • Help you know how to crowd out by adding foods into the diet instead of taking foods away.
  • Hold you accountable throughout the program and guide you in a holistic healing, addressing all areas of life
  • Be celebrating your success
